TPPA is governed by a twenty-one member Board of Directors, diverse in geography as well as size of electric utilities. The Board of Directors has an Executive Committee, which is composed of the current president, president-elect, vice-president, secretary/treasurer, and immediate past-president. The board members serve staggered three-year terms.
