TPPA Leadership Program
A nine-month hybrid program for current and future people managers at small- to medium-sized public power utilities across Texas — built to strengthen your team, your utility, and your network.
ScheduleThe program runs from October to June, with graduation in July. Three 2-day in-person sessions and six virtual applied learning sessions. |
Cohort Size15-30 participants per cohort. Minimum enrollment: 15 participants. |
TuitionTuition is $4,500 per participant (check) or $4,695 (credit card). Participants must be sponsored by their utility. TPPA is offering a $1,000 scholarship for the first 15 applicants! |
AttendanceParticipation in every in-person and virtual sessions is expected for successful program completion. |

The program runs from October through June and includes three in-person sessions and six virtual applied learning sessions. Hosted by TPPA member utilities along the I-35 corridor between San Antonio and Austin, each two-day in-person session creates opportunities to learn from host utilities, while 2.5-hour virtual sessions reinforce key concepts and support real-world application.
